Part of our rebellion is about reclaiming democracy and reclaiming decision-making. That’s why we’re inviting YOU to take part in a series of Norwich People’s Assemblies. 
Norwich is holding a series of People’s Assemblies – each one focusing on different areas of society. Please come along, invite those you know, and help us to talk about – as well as crucially, change – the future. It’s ours for the taking.
Contribute, deliberate and listen to proposals on how we as a city, as well as a wider society we can create a better world.

Whats the difference between a Citizens assembly and a Peoples assembly?

'Assemblies are formed as a way for large groups of people to make decisions. A Citizens' Assembly is formed of randomly selected groups of citizens to make political decisions on controversial issues, while People's Assemblies usually involve self-selected groups that get together to make decisions, discuss issues or organise.' - Extinction Rebellion
